◇７月18日(金)「7月夏休み前生徒集会」
『准校長式辞』
明日からの、いつもより時間がある毎日「夏休み」を、皆さんの人生のために、有意義に使うことを心がけてほしいです。
具体的に、来年3月に卒業を控える人は、自分自身が、人生をどうしたいのか？をイメージして、そこから逆算して、来年の4月から、どんな進路に進みたいのか？を決定してほしい。そして、その進路のために、今の自分に必要な力を身に付けられるように、この夏休みの時間を使ってほしい。
その他の、来年3月に卒業を迎えない皆さんも、折角の時間を無駄にしないために、自分の人生にとって、プラスになる「挑戦」に時間を使ってほしいです。
例えば、資格取得です。資格があれば、自分の人生にとってプラスになる可能性があります。何か資格取得を挑戦しよう！と決意して、まずは、先生方に相談をしてください。そして、人生の為に、頑張ってください。また、夏休みには、部活動とかの大会もあるかもしれません。全力で上位入賞するように頑張ってください。これも、自分の人生にとってプラスになる可能性があります。頑張ってください。
さて、いよいよ一週間後の7月26日（金）から、パリオリンピックがはじまります。私は、日本代表でオリンピックに出場する人は、才能があると思いますが、やはり、誰よりも真剣に取り組み、努力を積み重ねていると私は思います。
そういう意味で、我々が「頑張ること」の大切さ・素晴らしさを教えてくれると思います。是非、見て！それぞれの選手の血のにじむような努力を感じてほしいと思います。
今日は、皆さんが球技大会でもプレイしたバレーボールの男子日本代表のキャプテン石川祐樹選手の名言を紹介します。
『トライしていかないと何も始まらない。』
『自分次第で、その先の人生が変わってくる。』
『どれだけ本気になれるか、それに尽きる。』
『結局、良い経験も悪い経験も絶対に自分にとってプラスになる。』
石川選手は、世界最高峰のイタリア・セリエAのバレーボールリーグに挑戦して10年、初めは見上げていた世界最高峰の選手たちと、今は肩を並べている。だからこそ、石川選手の言葉は、まさに「挑戦して成長する」為の名言であると思います。
それでは、この夏休みに、この石川選手の名言を胸に刻み、明日からの「夏休み」という、時間があるときに、生徒の皆さんの進路の為、または、資格を取得したり、クラブ活動で結果を残す為になど、何かに「挑戦」する夏休みにしてほしいと思います。

定時制通信制バスケットボール大阪大会での3位入賞、および、陸上競技大会100ｍの6位入賞の表彰をしました。
『生活指導部長より』
『夏休みの過ごし方』という配付資料に相談窓口についてを話されていました。
『保健部長より』
インフルエンザの流行に注意するようにと話されていました。
『生徒会係より』
生徒会が中心に希望者で、自衛隊のインターンシップに参加すること発表されていました。
