◇1月9日(火)「冬休み後　生徒集会」

『准校長式辞』
　元旦に起こりました能登半島地震に被災され、お亡くなりになられた方、ケガをさせた方等々、心から哀悼の意を表すとともに、お見舞いを申し上げました。
■【今年の抱負がまだならば】
　冬休み前に紹介した「大谷選手は、最高のパフォーマンスの為に、勝利よりも成長を考えている。」というエピソードを参考に「成長したい」という思いをもって、今年、自分は「○○の為に、××しよう！」という抱負を、今からでも遅くないので考えてほしいと語りました。
■【箱根駅伝優勝の青学の「自律」】
　新年早々の箱根駅伝で、2年ぶりの総合優勝を果たした青山学院大学陸上部 原晋監督がインタビューで、「いつも、自らで立つ自立ではなく、自らを律する自律ができるように言っていて、それを学生たちが実践したので、一人ひとりが自己ベストを更新して優勝できたと思います。」と語っていたことを紹介しました。そして、著書『青学メソッド』によると、青山学院大学の練習が、1週間のうち3日も、大学生自身が目標を立て自分を分析して練習をすることも紹介し、結局、「自律」が最高のパフォーマンスを生み出すに違いないと語りました。
■【抱負を「自律」で！】
　青山学院大学の原晋監督の「自律をしたから自己ベストを更新した」という言葉を参考に、生徒の皆さんの「〇〇の為に××する」という今年の抱負を、是非、自ら「自律」して、必ず達成できる今年1年となることを願い、新年のあいさつとしました。
