『准校長式辞』
冬休み中に、年末があり新年を迎えるにあたり、以下のように語りました。
■【今年1年の振り返りのすすめ】
　 年末に1年間の振り返りをするように勧め、そのポイントとして、①「印象に残っている出来事を思い出して、肯定的に受け入れる」こと。②「自分の改善するべき所など、に向き合う」ことを紹介しました。そして、「失敗して得たことが何だろうか？」「楽しかったり、成功したのは誰のおかげだろうか？」「あの失敗は友人のせいではなく、自分のせいではないだろうか？」を考えてほしいと語りました。
■【新年の抱負のすすめ】
　抱負と言う言葉が「心の中に決意や計画を抱き、実現に向けた責任を負うこと」であることを紹介し、「○○がしたい」といった願いだけではなく、「○○できるように××する」のように、目標を実現するために、具体的な計画が含まれることを説明をし、新年に抱負を考えてほしいと語りました。
■【大谷選手　世界一のパフォーマンスは成長欲求から】
　大リーグMVPの大谷翔平選手が、「パフォーマンスを上げるために」というインタビューに対して答えている言葉を紹介し、常に成長することを考えていることを取り上げて紹介しました。
■【冬休みのお願い】
　この冬休みに、生徒の皆さんも、自分最高のパフォーマンスのために、大谷翔平選手のように「成長しよう！」と考え、年末には「今年の振り返り」、正月には「新年の抱負」を考えてほしいと語りました。
